In Colorado for a wedding from Virginia Beach. Like the optimists we are, we drove with our 2 kids towing a camper. On our first day heading back, we broke down on a Sunday afternoon. After calling for a tow truck, the driver suggested this mechanic. He towed us there on a Sunday night and the owner waited for us to arrive. On top of that he diagnosed the problem first thing Monday morning, putting us ahead of other customers, I’m sure, to get us back on the road. Had parts ordered and delivered about 1, and delivered our truck back to us at our hotel around 3. He communicated with us through the whole process, no surprises at the end that you can see from a lot of mechanics. A very fair price, especially last minute, and outstanding concern for what we were going through. Our truck got us home, and is still doing great. What a great business to support. These guys have done so much for me it isn't even funny. I feel like they are my very own private mechanics. Services on my work vans and personal vehicles. Majeed and his team installed a reman trans and transfer case in one of my AWD work van's. He also diagnosed a transmission wiring issue that was putting another van into limp mode. It turned out to only be a bad ignition switch. I highly recommend him.
